Think about this…there are 168 hours in a week…

If you exercise an hour a day for 7 days, that’s 7 hours…

This means, you spend about 4% of your week devoted to cardiovascular training and muscle building…

So tell me this, which do you think is more important, your exercise routine or nutrition?!

You’re spending so much more time eating than exercising, so why not devote more of your time educating yourself and improving what you eat?!

24 Hours per week x 7 days week= 168 hours in a week
7 hours/168 hours= .0417
.0417 x 100= 4%
