My life hasn’t been straight.  Even though I live in a fantastic family and have been successful, looks can be deceiving.

With all of my ups and downs, mistakes, and inconsistencies, I’m here to help you!

My goal of this blog is to share my story, share exercise tips and routines I follow, Praise God, give relationship advice, and anything else that may be of help.

Just like the title says, A New Beginning, a mistake that might be looming, it’s never too late to change and modify your habits, we must learn from them and not look back.

Just remember, God is always there for you, and you will never be abandoned, you will never be alone!
